I finally got to try this place! It’s just been a while since I’ve been at Misuwa for a meal…

We ordered the Sutadon with the hot spring egg and it did not disappoint! It’s a little on the saltier side, but that’s why you should make sure to eat it with the rice underneath. So I thought the egg would be a little more “runny” after popping it open, but it’s actually almost like a soft boiled egg where the yolk is just medium done. It was still good, but I might actually like it if it were almost like a poached egg, and then you pop open the egg for that runny egg porn goodness. Oh well, maybe I can ask for that next time? Will try.
